If an item is broken, please contact me within 7 days of when the item was delivered. Send a picture of the broken item and I will guide you how to fix it. If it can’t be fixed, you can have a credit for a free piece sent to you, but it must be claimed from the next party held. If I have the item in stock, I will send out that piece to you!

Shipping and Processing Times:
Orders take up to 48 hours to process, once invoice has been paid.

Shipping times are 3 to 7 business days to receive your package.
